Default Re: Finding out email address

Thanks for your help.
I got my friend to get his user name and password from blueyonder.
The user name surprised me because it was in the form of 11 alpha numeric
letters and numbers
But this must be OK as I was able to open the internet site Ok but it was
the email which was stuck.
I need to know his email address and password. Would the ISP know that as
well?
I think the confusion is worse when I hear him say that some of his helpers
changed the names and he doesn't know how it ended up
