I'm running WinXP ... It was installed as XP and then upgraded with
various service packs. Microsoft's update page says I'm up to date.

When I go to certain web pages, it says I need to update to Internet
Explorer 6. When I go to install Internet Explorer 6, it says I already
have a newer version installed. The "about" says I've got

IE 6.0.2900.2180 apsp-sp2-gdr. 050301-1519

Is there a way to reinstall IE without editing the registry
