It is a program from pinnacle studio 10 plus.
I requested already the support from pinnacle but the are unable to solve
the issue.
I have the same error with the installation of Logitech Webcam application.
During this installation the stop is again in the shlwapi.dll version
6.0.2800.2781 module.
