You mentioned looking in only 2 reg Run keys, did you check any of the
other Run keys?
Did you check the Start > Programs > Startup folder? Most likely won't be
there but worth a check.
Is this a WinZip or Windows folder? If it's a WZ folder look in it's
options for anything that is set to run on startup.

If it's a Windows folder see if this helps:

Open either MyComputer or Explorer.
On the Menu bar click Tools > Folder Options...... > View tab.
Scroll down to " Restore previous folder......." and if it is selected,
remove the selection.
Click Apply > Ok > Ok.
Reboot.
