Default RE: DWWIN.EXE During Shutdown

Dear 1ajb,

The only solution that I have found to correct the "DWWIN.EXE" at shutdown
is to upgrade your bios. However, that is not practical if your computer is
an older model. HP will not take the blame for the problem; therefore, I am
just living with the annoyance. I hope this helps.
