Thank you Bill,
I ended up with a batch file which includes:
Rmdir/s/q G:\"All Data Files"
Mkdir G:\"All Data Files"
Xcopy C:\"All Data Files" G:\"All Data Files" /c/e/h/k/r/s

This works just fine,
