That only means that autorun may be on, which would cause any cd inserted to
open automatically. Is it possible that this cd is not the original, and
was copied in such a way as to make it unbootable? (For instance, copying
the files of a bootable disk to the hard drive and then burning those files
will result in a non-bootable cd. However, using Nero's CD copy utility
will copy the cd identically, creating another bootable cd).
