Jusched.exe is part of Sun Java (it means 'Java Update Scheduler').
Open Start, Run, type without quotation marks 'msconfig' and press Enter. Click on Startup tab and uncheck the mark next to Jusched.exe application. Close Msconfig, restart the computer and see if the problem has gone away. As far as I'm concerned, that systray application is not essential for Java (but take care of updating manually your Java software from Sun Microsystems website:
http://www.sun.com/java/).
