Rundll32.exe is a system file. It is also a protected system file so it is
unlikely the problem lies there. Look to the other file, x10net.dll. What
does that belong to on your system? If related to a device, try updating
the device drivers. http://www.x10.com/support/support_soft1.htm

If it belongs to a program, look for an update to that program.
