Running CHKDSK in this manner is known to erroneously report problems. Go
with whatever report is generated when CHKDSK is run normally. In most
cases, that means it will require a restart, run and then boot Windows. Go
to Event Viewer (Application branch, Winlogon as the source) to read the
report.
