Hi Bob
See if this helps for each user account log on as that user and go to
Administrative tools in control panel. Now locate Computer Management and
open it. Under storage click on Disk Management. Does the USB drive appear
in the right hand pane? If it does right click it and allocate a drive
letter for it.
