How frequently / at what intervals is this Error Report continuing to
reoccur? Are there any other Warnings / Error Reports appearing
in the Application / System logs in the period immediately before
the error occurs?

A clean install would not fix a hardware problem. At the moment we
have no pointers as to might be causing the problem.

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties. Hardware,
Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?
