If you are using Windows 2005 Media edition, go into MSCONFIG startup
and disable ehtray. That I was told is the problem Microsoft file that
is stopping sleep. I am testing it now. That also prevents use of the
remote control from starting Media Edition. Microsoft has to fix this
problem fast.
