About the question why you need SP 2 as well.
It is a stupid question,you know.
Using SP 1 instead of SP 2 is like
using non-coloured TV set instead of full-coloured TV set

SP 2 is not only Windows firewall,it is help for you if you are always in
the internet
If you still do not like SP 2,you can uninstall it but this is not
recommended.
