yes, ctfmon is part of Xp Office, and is best to stop it from running by
going to Add/remove programs, find your Office applications. Then, click on
the button that says Change, then you will be prompted to Add/remove
features
Click on Shared features
Click the icon next to Alternative User Input, and then select Not
Available.
Then click update. You'll have to do this for each Office application you
have.
