Morning all,
Last night just as I was abt to open my machine to remove the battery
thought I should give a last go. I rebooted the machine and tried F8, <tab>
and <del> keys with no luck. Then I decided to "press and hold" tab key while
its rebooting, and this did the trick and prompted me to press del for BIOS
settings.
I then enabled "Quick Boot" and saved changes, and off it go, the system
came up. I've learned never to mess with BIOS.
Many thanks for your inputs gents.
