(1) Most spyware will cloak itself in less obvious names. It's ANTI-
spyware that is more likely to have "spy" in its names, or else
unrelated programs that just happen to have that sequence of three
letters.

(2) Don't go just deleting things in the registry, or at least not
without first making a complete backup of your system and testing it.

(3) The find function in the Registry works forward only. If you want
to repeat a search from the beginning, you have to click on "My
Computer" at the top of the left-hand pane and then do your search.
