Everytime I try to access the web page for my kids college I get a pop up
window that tells me that 'because I cannot accept cookies I cannot view
this webpage'.....

Then they give me instructions to change my settings to allow me to accept
cookies and even tho I follow their instructions to the letter, nothing
changes.

I have Windows XP Home edition and am wondering if anyone in here can give
me very explicit instructions to make these changes. Or direct me to a
website that can help me?
