hello everyone,

my laptop have problem since yesterday. when i start (on) the laptop, it
take a long time to reach the blue screen. then, this mesage come out:

Log on to windows : winlogon.exe - Application Error
the instruction at "0x75978dc1" referrence memory at "0x00000000".
click OK to terminate the program
click CANCEL to debug the program

this is the tenth time i restart my laptop, and i try OK or cancel, but
still like the same..
what is wrong with it? is it software or hardware problem? and how to solve
this problem.
please help me..
