I installed old versions of
-DirectCD from Adaptec (v3.01D) and
-CDCreator (v4.02D) on a system using XP professional OS.
When installation was completed, a panel saying that the sys. may become
unstable appeared. I proceeded do uninstall using Norton Cleansweep but
several dll files were left behind. Norton tells me that the system has no
issues but every time the computer starts it has a panel on the task bar
saying that devices/applications are disabled and may cause the system to be
unstable. Windows prevented these drivers from loading.
How do I
1)make sure that system is OK and
2)stop this panel from showing up?
