It sounds like the games you installed put the shortcuts
somewhere in this folder

C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Start Menu\Programs

What you need to do is copy the shortcuts to this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

Note: You may find that if your dad has a limited account, he
may not be able to run these games. If that happens, go to the
game manufacturer's web site and see if there's a patch or some
other procedure to follow in order to allow a
non-administrative account to run the games.
