We can't read your mind. When you say "I still cannot access", we have no idea
what you're reporting. Provide diagnostics so we can help you.
Please verify 1 - 4.
1) "http:\\192.168.2.1" (from the browser) doesn't work.
2) "ping 192.168.2.1" does work.
3) "http:\\66.94.230.32" (one address for
www.yahoo.com) doesn't work.
4) "ping 66.94.230.32" does work.
What error does the browser display? Complete and exact error please.
