NetBios over TCP/IP has to be turn on (enable) on all computer in your
workgroup.

Here is how:

Local Area Connection -> Properties -> TCP/IP -> Properties -> General
Tab -> Advanced -> WIN tab -> check Enable NetBios over TCP/IP.
