Juniorpie, I am having the same problem with only XP. Were you able to find
the solution? Right before I found your posting I ran in to another similiar
posting. The recommended solution was disabling "Windows Image Aquisition" in
Control Panel. I will give that a shot later on today. Please let me know if
you found a solution.
