Hi mace!
Basic troubleshooting rule applies here. If you suspect that it is the
Norton Firewall that is blocking you, have you disabled it and test again?
Logically, that should tell you whether the Norton program is the culprit or
not.
If it does work, follow the link below to add you machine (or your networks'
IP range) into your firewall 'trusted zone':
