I presume that a lot of people must have come across this scam, since it
happened to me and I am extremely careful on the internet.
I got my phonebill and see a ONE minute call for 25 $, 1 minute duration
..Service Romance.
I complain to the phone Cie. They say ,they can`t do anything.
They say...I must have been on a website and gotten in touch with this Cie.
I can honestly say,...I have not done that... I am the only user of this
computer.
My question is.
l.- How current is this scam ?
2.- Is it possible to successfully fight the Phone cie.?
3.-How does this scam work exactly ?
4-How can it be prevented.
