She can log into the router's configuration by entering its IP address
in her browser's addressbar. The Linksys default is 192.168.1.1, so she
would open Firefox or IE and type:
http://192.168.1.1 [enter]
Then she would get the sign-in prompt. Check on Linksys' website for the
default username/password if she doesn't remember them. It is usually
something like Admin either for the username or the password and blank
for the other one.
Click on the Wireless settings and look for the SSID. BTW, if she left
it "Linksys" (default) she should change it to something else.
Or, if she already has a computer connected to the router wirelessly,
she could also just look in her wireless network settings and see the
name of the network to which the machine is connected. This will be the
SSID.
