Boot into Safe mode - log on as "administrator" - that should be a different
password than yours and if you were not the person to set up the PC - there
is a high possibility the password is blank - that just pressing ENTER after
entering the username "administrator" will get you in. Then you can change
your other users' password to something you do know.
