I'm not sure what I was thinking when I responded the first time. I think I
was thinking you'd wanted to disable them FROM the other PCs. Anyhow...

Remove the share to C$ and that *might* work. I can't say that I've ever
tried to remove that one I'm afraid so, if it doesn't work post back.
