The latest Release Date is October 11, 2005. You can right click your
mrt.exe, select properties and see the date on the General tab. Created or
Modified which ever is newer.

Delete the mrt.exe in your system32 folder. Get a new one. I suspect that
there may be something wrong with yours. I don't have any idea why, it just
happens sometimes. Hey it's free, get a new one. ;-)
