You need to reinstall.

However, you should be aware that all but the simplest programs will install
part of themselves to the system partition, and others won't let themselves
be installed anywhere else. The real solution in your case is to increase
the size of your C drive by shrinking the size of your D drive.

This requires partitioning software - like Partition Magic - and is an
advanced procedure. If you're not feeling confident, ask someone with
experience to help you.
