I have fixed the problem by copied the msvcr80.dll from my computer:

C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.VC80.CRT_1fc8b3b9a 1e18e3b_8.0.50727.42_x-ww_0de06acd\msvcr80.dll File Version 8.0.50727.42

and pasted to C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder

I ran NSW2003 One Button Checkup again and the problems were gone.
