Default Re: not booting up right.and computer running really slow

Teresa

How old is your computer? What make and model? Was another version of
Windows installed on your computer before Windows XP?

Right click on the My Computer icon on your desk top and select
Properties. Please provide the details listed under the last item
"Computer".

Booting using a CD in the CD drive is not normal. When and why did you
start doing this?

Removing spyware from a computer can go beyond running one or two
general purpose anti-spyware cleaning programmes. You could still have
spyware present but we need to clear up some more basic questions
detailed above before checking further for spyware.

Hope this helps.
