Hello there, I am not sure aobut your case but Nortan has made computers slow
sometimes.
but it could be you having 128MB of RAM too, if you can, you can take your
PC to a local PC shop and ask for an up grade on the RAM, maybe about 256MB
to 512MB would make the computer run better,
I say that your Processor should be an okay speed for Win XP, (But on here
has 1.4GHz so I would think it will run okay)
overall it also could be how you installed every thing.
But you could try upgrading your RAM.
