I have a 4 computer network and I want to set up a common start menu
structure that I can force all of the machines on the network to adopt. If
I have a start menu item named (new Item) I can make that appear on all the
machines without changing each start menu individually.

Also If I were going to deploy an application is there a way to do so
without doing an install per machine.

In short I do not want to administer 4 machines, I want to administer the
entire network globally.
