You can copy start menu items to all machines by copying
the appropriate .lnk files from one machine to
c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu on every other
machine.

There are several tools to automate the installation of programs.
However, in your case it wouldn't be worth the effort. Preparing
an automated installation process takes much, much more time
than installing the software on 3 extra PCs located in the same
house. I would draw the line at 20 PCs.
