Without an actual XP installation CD, your options for running
the FAST wizard on your old computer are limited.

I take it your new computer does not have a floppy drive. One
option in this case is to use a USB flash drive. You can
usually find one that will do the job for around $15.

If at all possible, see if you can borrow a real installation
CD from a friend or family member. Put the CD in your old
computer's CD drive and select "Perform additional tasks" on
the opening screen. On the next screen, select "Transfer files
and settings".

Good luck
