Windows NT 3.1, 3.5, 3.51 and 4.0, Windows 2000 - NT 5.0, Windows XP - NT

Windows Server 2003 - NT 5.2 all have boot.ini files.
Windows 3.1 and 3.11 have no Safe Mode.
Windows 95 uses F5 or F8.
