Remote Downlevel Documents are those that come from clients not using
Windows Remote Procedure Calls (RPC). I would expect this from mac systems
and anyone connecting to \\printerserver\printer as a Lanman port rather
than a true connection or just coping the files to \\printserver\printer.
Any Downlevel jobs come to the sharing machine already formatted for the
printer, you cannot change these.
I am not sure of the best third part applications that will detect incoming
print jobs and pause them but something is out there.
