Default RE: Getting .TIFF images of faxes to show in landscape mode

I'm using the fax functionality that's in Windows XP Pro, with the snapshot
viewer. The file and actual faxing process is executed by an Access 97
application (yes, it's old, but they're wary of upgrading since an upgrade
that took place before my time and it brought down the system).

Are there any free (or close to it) 3rd party tools to handle faxing or
viewing images?

Thanks for the help.
