The back of the VCR should have the two "line out" ports one being red and
the other being white.
Those are the left and right audio and they can go directly to the red and
white RCA jacks on the recorder card. Then there should also be a yellow
"video out" on the back of the VCR that you connect to the yellow RCA jack
on the TV card. If your VCR does not have a S-Video port then the RCA method
above should give you the best results but you also have the options of
simply connecting the coax connector (TV Connector) on the VCR to the TV
connector on the card using a coaxial cable. This method wouldn't be the
preferred method but there's no reason that it won't work.
You shouldn't need to connect anything to your audio card at all but don't
use Movie Maker to try to capture your video in this fashion but rather use
the software that came with the TV capture card.
