Your right it does tend to do that when saving your final result as a WMV
except when using the High Quality NTSC setting, at least in my experience,
or saving as a DV-AVI. What you are describing is something I do all the
time because I like the effects and most definitely the control of PS3 much
better than WMM when working with still images.
