Default Re: getting photos to appear on screen

1. Connect the camera to your computer and wait about 15 sec. for the
computer to recognize it. You should hear some kind of sound and your LCD
screen should indicate that you have a connection.
2. Open My Computer. Look under devices with removable storage. You camera
will be listed there as a drive (usually listed below your CD and DVD
drives.
3. Click on your camera listed as a drive to open it. You will see a yellow
folder icon. Double click on it to open it. You will see another yellow
folder icon. Double click on it to open it. You will now see a list of
files. These are your picture files. Select all of them (you can do this by
holding the Ctrl key down and press the letter A).
4. Look at the menu on the left of the file names and click on Copy the
selected items. A window will open for you to copy them in a folder. The
default folder will be My Pictures. Select it. Once the files are copied,
open the folder and double click on the first file to open it. This photo
file will open in Windows Picture and Fax viewer. Below the photo, you have
icons to go to the next picture, print, e-mail etc.
