Well, not on my system. I have Microsoft Photo Editor installed and it open
when I double click on a photo. BTW, usualy I do more photo editing than
printing photo so this beavior is ok with me.

But I much prefer printing my photo with the wizard: it's simple and easy!

Maybe it's just not possible, because the wizard show all photos from the
active folder. That's why you have to go in Explorer to select a folder and
then you can open the wizard.
