Absolutely.
Most modern (less than 2-3 years old) DVD players are jpeg compatible.
That means they will play CDs that contain jpeg images. Look for that
feature in the machine's specs. Very versatile DVD players are now
incredibly chea, (less than $50 USD), and will play just about anything
you throw at them.
