So what anti-spam products have you yourself researched so far?

SpamPal and its plug-ins are all free.

If you want to help to abate spam, SpamCop.net lets you report the spam to
the offending sources (and you can include your own ISP's abuse e-mail
address in Preferences). Reporting makes only a tiny dent in the spam
getting sent but it does help to update the blacklist regardless of what the
source does or does not do.
