Maybe the following link will be useful:

(there are some profiles here that you could
try...just download them and drop them in
the following folder)
C:\Program Files\Photo Story 3 for Windows\Profiles\1033

All I can say is experiment. I created some
VCDs with Nero Express and they won't
play in my Toshiba DVD player. I created
VCDs from the same videos using a program
called InterVideo WinDVD Creator and
they play fine.

Seems like each individual has different
experiences.
