Thanks for the help..i did everything that i could(uninstalled real player
and tried to update Nero); however, when i plugged the camera into the USB
hub, like normal a message appeared at the bottom right corner of the
computer that said new software was installed...however, every program that i
tried to use to see the pictures didnt reconize the camera or said it was
busy.
