I used to be able to plug my Sony DSC-P72 into the USB hub and download my
pictures. Then I installed drivers for my video camera so I could download
video from it. Now I can't download from my digital camera because the
computer doesn't even recognize that I've connected it. It doesn't appear as
a device anywhere. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't
worked. Any suggestions?
