1. Two ways to acheive color depth greather than 8bit:
a. install Citrix Presentation Server on top of 2000 Terminal Server and
use their ICA Client
b. Upgrade to Server 2003
The limit for 2000 Server RDP Sessions is 8 bit, or 256 colors.
MMM = Microsoft Management Console. Start -> Run -> MMC
